Once in a while, you are privileged to own an exceptional horse - one that epitomizes everything you could ask for in conformation, pedigree, manners, ability, and courage.  Jamaica Shaker was such a horse for me.  Unfortunately, circumstances beyond my control separated us many years ago, and the last word I had of him was that he belonged to a lady in South Carolina.  If anyone knows of his whereabouts, I would greatly appreciate an email, letting me know if this noble stallion is still alive and well.  Such a kind, beautiful and gentle friend as he was, is a rare and precious gift in life, and it would ease my heart to know that he is as happy and as loved as he deserved to be.
